3. Now the wire is placed. The spacers are removed, and complete mouth is examined by the orthodontist. This is checked if you are able to clean your mouth and rings will be there under your lips. Then all the braces are connected through a wire. The wire is attached at the centre of the braces or erring and are tried to tree bands. The tree bands are known as ligatures and they will provide colour to your dental unit.
